STV Appeal with Sean Batty on Capital FM

It’s STV Appeal week and we’re very honoured to be involved to help raise essential funds for children living in poverty in Scotland. Every penny raised for the STV Appeal stays in Scotland and goes directly to support children most in need.

We wanted to get involved after reading that 220,000 of Scotland’s children live in poverty, a figure which is significantly higher than other European countries. You can read some of the facts over on the STV Appeal site here

We’re doing our bit by donating a meal for two alongside a tour of Glasgow with STV weatherman Sean Batty which are up for auction tonight on Capital FM between 5pm and 6pm. Full details are available at STV

The winning auction prize:

Once you’ve had a tour around the city with Scotland’s favourite weatherman, you will visit our restaurant and enjoy some of the best beef Scotland has to offer. You and a partner will start with the sublime Chateaubriand, which is known as one of the most tender cuts of beef. This 28 day dry aged Scottish steak is brought to your table, cooked to your preference and then carved in front of you. It’s served with confit tomato, hand cut chips or creamy mash potato and a choice of steak top. This will then be complemented with a bottle of the phenomenal Angus the Bull wine which is the ideal accompaniment to prime beef. And to finish you can choose desserts of choice.

How to bid and support the STV Appeal
