Perfect at any time of the day, the best brunches are those which are drawn-out and full of delicious dishes such as our corned beef hash with homemade baked beans and poached egg topped with hollandaise sauce – scrumptious! This culinary delight has been a real favourite for brunch at the Butchershop, especially with a Bloody Butcher – our twist on a classic Bloody Mary on the side.
